Terms & Refunds

Effective October 24, 2026

The extension

Profile Customizer is sold by Keller Concepts. The free version can be used by anyone at no cost. Profile Customizer changes how facebook.com appears in your own browser; it does not change what other people see.

Pro

Pro is a one-time purchase of $7.99 (plus any sales tax or VAT added at checkout). It unlocks all Pro features for you personally, on up to 10 browsers, using your license key. It is not a subscription and never renews.

Payments are processed by Stripe through Link, the merchant of record. Your card statement shows LINK.COM* PROFILE CUSTOMIZER, and Link emails your receipt.

Refunds

If Pro isn't right for you, email support@profilecustomizer.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked. A refunded license stops unlocking Pro.

Facebook changes

Facebook updates its website often. When an update affects a feature, we work to fix it quickly, but we can't guarantee that every feature works with every future version of Facebook. If something stops working for you within 30 days of purchase and we can't fix it, you can get a refund under the policy above.

Acceptable use

Your license key is for you. Please don't publish or resell it. We may deactivate keys that are shared publicly.

No warranty

Profile Customizer is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Pro.

Trademarks

Profile Customizer is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Facebook is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc., used here only to describe what the extension works with.
